Rhode Island? I guess sometimes “steady” is just code for boring. What’s the excitement there, anyway?

Steady is good, but I’m curious if anyone actually cares about Rhode Island’s opinions. What’s their secret?

I mean, steady isn’t bad—better than the rollercoaster some states are on! Good for Rhode Island for keeping it chill.
